We offer a variety of classes you can choose from – ranging 1031 Exchange Basics to Advanced 1031 Exchange Strategies. We can also customize a class based on your team’s specific goals. These can be taught at your company’s office, or in our conference room in Bend, OR (accommodates up to 15 people).

The classes are taught by Gregg Stevens, CPA. As Reliant 1031’s owner and operator, he brings a breadth of knowledge and practical expertise to help lower people’s tax burden.
